United in marriage since August 1994, the Moores have built a legacy of faith, love, partnership, and service. Their enduring commitment to God, one another, and the people they serve is evident in their shared passion for strengthening families, restoring lives, and equipping believers to fulfill their divine purpose. Together, they lead Restoring Life Ministries Tampa, where their mission is to restore lives, strengthen families, develop disciples, and equip believers to walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Their ministry is rooted in the belief that every individual can experience transformation through the Word of God, the power of reconciliation, and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Apostle Kirk M. Moore, Sr.

With over 30 years in ministry, Apostle Kirk M. Moore, Sr. is a seasoned spiritual leader, teacher, mentor, and visionary whose heart is devoted to the ministry of reconciliation and the development of disciples who live abundant, purposeful, and victorious lives in Christ. Apostle Moore is passionate about helping individuals understand their identity in Christ, embrace Kingdom principles, and experience the fullness of life that God has ordained for them. His approach to ministry emphasizes biblical teaching, spiritual maturity, practical application, and the restoration of individuals and families. Beyond the pulpit, Apostle Moore serves as President of Moore Impact Consulting and is a Certified Life Coach and Marriage Coach with more than 25 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and empowering individuals and couples. Through his leadership and coaching, he provides practical wisdom and biblical principles designed to strengthen marriages, cultivate healthy relationships, and inspire personal transformation. He is the author of Moore Wisdom and co-author of CHEMISTRY – Complete, Happy, Empowered Marriage IS Totally Reachable You (Volume 1), a collaborative work focused on building and sustaining healthy, fulfilling marriages. Whether preaching, teaching, coaching, or mentoring, Apostle Moore's passion remains the same: reconciling people to God, strengthening relationships, and discipling believers to experience the abundant life promised through Jesus Christ.

 

Pastor Jotwyla R. Moore

Pastor Jotwyla R. Moore is a dynamic leader, author, entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, and certified life coach whose passion is to empower individuals, particularly women, to discover their identity, embrace their purpose, and confidently pursue their God-given assignments. A native of West Virginia, Pastor Moore serves alongside her husband in pastoral leadership at Restoring Life Ministries Tampa. Her ministry reflects a deep commitment to spiritual growth, leadership development, personal transformation, and helping others overcome limitations that prevent them from reaching their fullest potential. Pastor Moore is the President of Empowerment Encounters, LLC, an initiative dedicated to inspiring and equipping individuals through motivational teaching, writing, coaching, and personal development. Her extensive professional experience encompasses executive leadership, management, entrepreneurship, organizational development, and consulting. An accomplished author and passionate writer, Pastor Moore has authored several inspirational publications, including The Encounter, A Certain Woman: Personal Application Guide to Living Life Without Doubts, and Devotions for the Seasoned Woman. She is also the anthology editor of Girl, Get Up and The Girl, Get Up Journal, publications designed to inspire women toward healing, resilience, renewed confidence, and purposeful living. Additionally, she has contributed as a co-author to CHEMISTRY – Complete, Happy, Empowered Marriage IS Totally Reachable You (Volume 1) and Finding Joy in the Journey. Through her inspirational blog, Empowerment Encounters, Pastor Moore has encouraged readers with messages centered on faith, personal growth, spiritual empowerment, and intentional living. Her commitment to empowering women is also reflected in her vision for A Certain Woman Collective, a movement built upon five foundational pillars: Sisterhood, Healing, Impact, Faith, and Transformation. Since exchanging vows in August 1994, the Moores have walked together through life's seasons, demonstrating the power of unity, perseverance, and a marriage anchored in biblical principles. Their relationship serves as a foundation for their shared commitment to marriage enrichment, family restoration, and discipleship. Together, they have extended their influence beyond traditional church ministry through leadership development, community engagement, marriage enrichment, and mentorship. Their shared commitment to empowering the next generation was demonstrated through their joint leadership of the Maximum Impact Organization on the campus of West Virginia University (WVU). Through this collaborative effort, they worked to inspire, mentor, and develop individuals with a focus on leadership, personal growth, and purposeful living. As co-authors of CHEMISTRY, they share a passion for strengthening marriages and helping couples build relationships grounded in biblical principles, communication, commitment, and mutual understanding. Their combined experience in ministry, coaching, leadership, and entrepreneurship has shaped a holistic approach to empowering individuals spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and personally. At the heart of their ministry is a shared conviction that restoration is not simply about recovering what was lost, but about becoming equipped to live the abundant life God has intended.
