About RLM
Restoring Life Ministries (RLM) began as a humble street ministry in the hills of Clarksburg, West Virginia in 2003. What started as a heartfelt outreach to the lost quickly grew into a powerful movement to share the gospel with the disenfranchised, marginalized, and overlooked.
Over the years, thousands have heard the gospel message through RLM and have experienced salvation, deliverance, healing, and breakthrough. Lives have been transformed, families restored, and hope renewed through the power of God’s Word and the work of the Holy Spirit.
RLM expanded to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, then to Morgantown, WV, where the ministry impacted both the local community and the campuses of West Virginia University and Fairmont State College.
In 2020, RLM launched a new campus in Brandon, Florida, and continues to serve the Tampa Bay area with a mandate to bring restoration and empowerment to all who encounter the ministry.

Meet Our Pastors — The Dynamic Duo
Affectionately known as “The Dynamic Duo,” Pastors Kirk and Jotwyla Moore have been faithfully serving together in ministry for over 22 years. With more than 30 years of marriage and a heart for God's people, they lead with passion, power, and purpose.
Together, they are the proud parents of two adult children, Alexxus and Kirk, and a beloved daughter-in-love, Amber. Their lives are a testament to the beauty of covenant, the strength of unity, and the grace of God in action.
Pastors Moore are known for their bold preaching, Spirit-led teaching, and unwavering commitment to equipping believers. They are mandated to bring restoration and empowerment to every life they touch, helping others experience the fullness of life in the Kingdom of God.
Whether behind the pulpit or in the community, they serve with excellence, compassion, and anointed leadership.
